License Agreement

This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is between Erkaeva Logo Shop and You (as an individual or an entity, who then shall, within the constraints of this agreement, be referred to as "You" or "Your"). In this Agreement the abbreviation “IPR” shall be understood as referring to all legal rights to a creative work, in any country, those rights including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and intellectual property rights.

LICENSE GRANT

Upon purchase of a Logo, the copyright ownership and exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Logo in an unlimited number of applications are transferred to You. The purchased Logo includes customizations: updating the Logo with Your company, business or organization’s name, along with color changes, if required.

You can adapt, alter or modify the Logo (and any part thereof), use, reproduce, communicate to the public, promote and/or exploit the Logo (and any part thereof).

You cannot re-distribute the Logo as stock or as a design template.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Subject to the purchase of the Logo, You own its copyright and all IPR inherent in or relating to the Logo.

Both the designer who originally created the logo and Erkaeva Logo Shop shall have a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to display sold logos in their respective portfolios, in the widest sense of the word, in any medium they choose.

No Logos may be used or copied in any manner for either business or personal use, without first purchasing the Logo design, in order to obtain the legal copyright and ownership of the purchased Logo.

PAYMENT

All Logos are priced in USD. Logos payments processed via the secured Gumroad platform. Your personal payment information, such as bank information or credit card information are not held or stored through Erkaeva Logo Shop website or servers.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & WARRANTIES

You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of this website is at your sole risk and that the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy and effort is with You. Erkaeva Logo Shop makes no express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements of any kind, or as to the operation of this website or the information, content, materials, or products included on this website.

To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall Erkaeva Logo Shop be liable for personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
